Taryna as the Co-Founder of Messrs Rusmin Ida & Taryna in 2005 has a wide-ranging practice experience of 23 years and has an extensive experience in general conveyancing practice which includes advisory work and drafting of contracts, tenancies as well as documentation for sale and purchase of properties and financing in relation to scheme work and sub-sales.
She has substantial experience in working with established developers in conducting conveyancing matters and in providing legal advice. She is as well involved in the preparation of documentation pertaining to financing transactions (both conventional and Islamic) for various established financing institutions and banks.
She is also involved in civil litigation practice for debt recovery for financial institutions and various government-linked companies, land matters as well as defending in miscellaneous debt recovery claims at the High Court and Court of Appeal. Apart from that, she also handles the drafting of agreements for companies.

- Certificate in Legal Practice, Malaysia – 1999
- Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya – 2000
