NURMUNIRAH ABU BAKAR
Nurmunirah Abu Bakar was admitted to the Bar on 5th July 2013. In July 2013, she joined Messrs Rusmin Ida & Taryna as a Legal Assistant and has been made Junior Partner effective 1st January 2020.
She is an active civil litigator and has extensive experience in conducting cases in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts, and the Court of Appeal of Malaysia for the institutional and/or individual clients during her years of practice and some of her cases are also reported in the law journals.
She is well experienced in handling land matters especially in recovery of vacant possession of land. She is also keenly representing her individual clients in Estate matters.
Apart from that, she is actively involved in advising and preparing sale and purchase agreement as well as financing documentations for sub-sale conveyancing matters.
