Norhardi Haron was admitted to the Bar on 12th August 2000 and has been in practice for 23 years. Prior to joining Messrs Rusmin Ida & Taryna, he was the Head of the Banking Recovery Department at Zaid Ibrahim & Co.

He has vast experience in litigation areas of Banking, Islamic Banking and Civil Disputes. He has experience in conducting various Conventional and Islamic Banking Disputes in the High Courts and Court of Appeal. He also conducted seminars for banking institutions on issues pertaining to debt recovery in Penang.

He is actively involved in corporate advisory and corporate agreement drafting for several established corporate companies and institutions. He is also keenly practicing and advising established corporate companies relating to the Industrial Relations Disputes matters.

He also handles the drafting for the sale and purchase agreement as well as financing documentations for sub-sale conveyancing matters.
